New accounts can receive up to 6 welcome credits. Limited to one eligible new account per network per day. Your newspapers still stay in this browser.
What does one credit do?
One credit drafts the headline, story and caption for one photo. One credit drafts an issue’s opening text. Regenerating uses the same number of credits. Failed generation requests are refunded to your balance.
How many credits does a newspaper need?
You choose what to generate. A first draft for 8 photos plus the issue opening uses 9 credits. Manually writing, editing, arranging and exporting uses none.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase in US dollars. Paid credits do not expire and there is no automatic renewal.
Can I start without an account?
Yes. Manual layout and PDF export work without signing in. An account is needed to keep your credit balance and use AI writing.
Are printed newspapers included?
No. LayoutFern exports a PDF. Printing, delivery and a printer’s finishing requirements are separate.
