INTERNET SURVIVES.
One small trip. An unreasonable amount of main-character energy.

A very good birthday surprise.
FROM CAMERA ROLL TO FRONT PAGE
All the drama.
None of the design work.
Cast your main character.
Add 1–3 photos. Tell us who it’s for, the occasion and the inside joke.
Let the newsroom loose.
AI draws on today’s selected science and technology stories from BBC News, then writes a playful personal parody around your photos. Real stories keep their sources.
Have the final word.
Edit the headlines, stories and captions. Export a PDF for printing or high-resolution PNG pages for sharing. Choose A4, A3, US Letter or Tabloid.
A FEW FACTS, BEFORE THE FICTION
Funny on purpose. Clear by design.
Is this a real news report about me?
No. Your personal headline and story are clearly labeled fictional parody. A separate section credits actual news sources with dates and links. We don’t present your photo as evidence that you were involved in those events.
What happens to my photos?
Originals stay on your device. Only small compressed previews go to the vision service; our news-writing agent receives text observations and your brief. Your saved photo draft stays in this browser.
What does it cost?
Each AI edition or regeneration uses 5 credits. Failed requests are refunded. You can edit the sample manually and download your own-photo edition as PDF or PNG for free. LayoutFern does not print or ship physical newspapers.
What if there is no verified news from today?
We currently use selected BBC science and technology feeds, checked against your local calendar date. We won’t invent news or relabel older stories. Generation will explain the problem and return the credits. Your existing draft stays available.
