Your content and responsibility
Only use photos and text you have the right to use. You retain your rights in the material you provide. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, statements, permissions and personal information before sharing or printing an edition.
Free studio and AI credits
Manual layout, text editing and PDF export are free. AI writing requires an account and credits. One photo generation costs one credit; one issue-opening generation costs one credit. Regeneration has the same cost. Failed generation requests return the reserved credits. AI output is a draft and may contain errors.
One-time purchases
Available credit packs are priced in US dollars and sold through Stripe as one-time purchases. They are not recurring subscriptions. Paid credits do not expire. Checkout displays the amount to be charged and any applicable taxes. Credits are allocated when payment is confirmed. A reversed or refunded payment may result in the corresponding credits being removed.
Save your work
Drafts are stored in your browser, not backed up in your account. Browser resets, storage limits or device changes can make drafts unavailable. Keep exported copies of editions you want to preserve. LayoutFern does not supply printing or delivery services; check printing specifications with your chosen provider.
Account security and availability
Keep your login credentials secure and do not misuse the service, circumvent credit accounting or submit unlawful material. Service availability and generated output are not guaranteed. These product terms do not exclude rights that apply to you under applicable law.
